Apple Brie Pizza!

No stamping this morning! Busy, busy with fall clean-up in the yard (it would be so fun to have less than an acre!), decorating the house for Autumn (love it!) and making this most incredible pizza for lunch (yummy!)

Here's a very quick simple run down of the recipe....

Let store bought pizza dough rise while trimming roses and planting Mums in pots by the front door, smile!

Prebake individual pizza dough rounds @ 425 for 8 minutes on a baking stone.
While they're baking, saute one thinly sliced yellow onion in 1 T olive oil, 1/4 c white wine and 1T thyme.
Add thinly sliced apples and chicken-apple sausage. Continue cooking til browned nicely.
(This is when you pull the pumpkins and other decor from the storage room!)

Top pizza rounds with 2T Alfredo sauce (I just used Ragu), the onion, apple, sausage mixture and diced Brie.
Bake @ 425 an additional 8 minutes.
Out of this world! Absolutely one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten  - I do have a great lemon basil pizza tho', also!

Now off to stamping! See you on Monday!
